Your video stays in your browser. Source URLs are not saved or sent to our server or analytics. The source host receives direct browser requests.

The playlist, audio and every segment must allow browser CORS access. Signed links must authorize each resource. Redirects, cookies and custom authorization headers are not supported.

Device & working budget

Device limits are unconfirmed. A fresh resource check runs when conversion starts.

Before you start

  • OPFS jobs use an estimated browser storage budget, segment buffers and a metadata guard. There is no fixed video-duration or total job-time limit while progress continues. Memory fallback is limited to 32–64 MiB input.
  • Supported: completed VOD with H.264/AAC in MPEG-TS or fragmented MP4, including separate audio playlists. Live streams, encryption (including AES-128), DRM, byte ranges, discontinuities and low-latency HLS are not supported.
  • Files are requested and processed progressively. OPFS input is streamed to disk and released after conversion; output stays available until Clear or leaving the page. Mobile memory, quota, browser suspension or device load may still cause failure.
  • CORS or access failures stop conversion. We do not proxy video, bypass authentication or decrypt protected content. HTTPS pages also require HTTPS sources.
